Honduras Black & Tan - Fair Trade & Organic

This roast is a mixture of medium and dark roasted single origin Honduran coffee beans creating the unique "black and tan" appearance.  Notes of sweet vanilla and subtle tones of chocolate and almond with a medium acidity and a round body make this an excellent cup of coffee.  

Grown by a cooperative of organic farmers known as COMSA in La Paz, the coffee is grown at altitudes ranging from 4,100-5,250 ft. and is meticulously sorted for density.  This region is known for having the highest quality coffee in the country, and it shows in the cup!
